I went back to 12.4 drivers from amd and the problem is gone for me. I found as well that mini DP is not effected, only DVI *Sigh*

I have 60Hz screen and have same glitch problem. Any idea what that could be? As I have found that this glitch only effect DVI screen. My TV that is connected over HDMI do not have that problem.

So, basically you have to disable the throttling (power saving feature) to make it work...

I've got 2 VGA displays. card has 2dvi, 1hdmi, 1dp got 1hdmi (to tv) 1 dvi (via a DVI to vga adapter), and 1 on the DP with a DP to VGA adapter (active) picture is nice and clear but can't break 60hz. All I wanted was 85hz.
