Ellusive Mercury in the dawn sky was joined by Saturn and Venus and further west the crescent moon and planet Mars in October 2009 as filmed from my backyard. Orion and the Dog Star 'Sirius' were due south with early planes streaking the sky on approach into London Heath Row.

  • That's pretty cool man!.. I've never witnessed more than 1 planet at a time in the sky.. (saw a planet through our family telescope for the first time ever some months back, it was Mars and it's 2 moons on each opposite end) I'm pretty sure it was as it looked like 2 rocky potatoes lol :P

  • @NovaGypsy Mars is poorly placed currently and its two moons are extremely faint - I suggest you saw Jupiter and two of its four bright moons - keep looking

  • u cant see saturn jupiter is in the way it doesnt go Mercury , Mars , Earth, Venus Saturn it goes Mercury , Mars , Earth, Venus , Jupiter, Ect

  • @Mileyfanlover101 Miley - you're confusing the ORDER of the planets from the sun from their POSITION in the sky when the vid was made - they don't stand still but ORBIT the sun at their own 'speed' ;-)

  • does all those 4 planets appear like that every dawn??

  • @Nixupiz3 Each planet follows its own orbit about the sun and occasionally they group together [called a conjunction] over a week or so and then slowly move apart again - keep watching;-)

  • If you see stars that are not twinkling that means there planets.if you see a very bright star thats Jupiter.and of corse you see mercury in the sunset.ok,everyone under stand?

  • Nice chemtrails

  • @theadelshow How do I know they are planets? Maybe 60 yrs of active stargazing lol - half of that from my backyard domed observatory with 12" goto scope - you need to get up to speed;-)

  • @Mileyfanlover101 The planets aren't in a straight line bro...They orbit the Sun....
