Since 1972, we have produced Fumé Blanc, inspired by the dry white wines of the Loire Valley in France. As the first winery to plant Sauvignon Blanc in the Dry Creek Valley, this refreshing, un-oaked Sauvignon Blanc displays citrus, grapefruit and lemon-lime flavors, with an underlying core of minerality -- a signature hallmark of our quintessential Fumé Blanc.
