  • @Funkermonster, good question! I'd always heard them called 'pronghorn antelope' and assumed that was right. But since you asked, i looked it up. And you're right, they're not antelope after all. Thanks for pointing that out so gently :)

  • @lifonmtedu Yeah, it's like how everyone calls a Bison a Buffalo. However, it is not apart of the buffalo family, it is only a distant relative of true buffalos. They are more closely related to Gaur, Kouprey, and Yaks. Pronghorn more closely related to Giraffe and Okapi.
