I love this!!! I miss White Dragon kUng Fu :( but we had to move to L.A. I made it till yellow belt three stripes and me and my sisters were training to go to green sash :( I got first in technique and second in form first year then first in technique and third in from GOsh I miss this I got teary watching this vid. Go El Cajon White Dragon!!!!

No metals but it was tons of fun.

I spotted Niwata judging the twin hook swords at the beginning of the video. Crazy that students have reach such a high level. When I was at White Dragon, all the senior black sashes were instructors. Way to go students at White Dragon! :) Also, if you put any video on YouTube, you're going to get some fools running their mouths. This kind of behavior is what happens when you don't have the positive things in your life like White Dragon and Choy Li Fut.
