I got a Prius from Hertz Atlanta Airport so I figured I'd post the quick video I made of the car if you've never been in one.

This was a rental car. And they upgraded me because I'm in the Presidents Club on Hertz and I paid normal rental car rates.

True, I discovered SKS a day later. I did almost walk off with the key at the Hertz lot though! I need to be mindful of that in the future.

@157626 Not to mention that you hardly ever replace the brakes on a Prius due to the electric motor doing most of the work and taking the burden off the regular friction brakes, and you can go over 6,000 miles before you have to change the oil, and if you use synthetic, Toyota says you can drive 10,000 miles before and oil change. So when you buy a Prius, you save all around.

My P was near 50Kmiles we took it on it;s first real road warrior trip 70769-37622~1518 mi I learned one thing 2nd gen prius gets 38 mpg at 80 mph Tx day speed accurate gps speed. This gives you a range of ~450 miles.Night speed Tx 65mph 48mpg so for return trip we planned with those rules in play to get the best~speed possible. We left Cave Creek 0500 central time 0200 we were in 75672 slept 8H and were back to 70769 under 48H W/family. Range is Y2own A Prius .

they say toyota has the best built cars but when my parents got her prius the outlets blew out the next week and then got really bad gas mileage but now it gets good mileage and some other problem i forgot what it was.

Driving by line at gas station and laughing all the way to the bank - PRICELESS!

If I keep my Prius a few years longer than usual and gas goes back over $4 a gallon, it may end up paying for itself!!

Stupid me, I should have bought a Hummer.
