  • I can full heartedly relate as well. In fact the one tenth of the population is incorrect. Most school tended to say that thirteen to seventeen percent of the populations tend to have dyslexia. When they make this quote it is actually based on the previous through before the nineties that boys are four times as likely to have dyslexia as girls.

  • Since the nineties they had learned that girls are just as likely to be dyslexic as boys, and it has been revised that twenty-five percent of the population are dyslexic.

  • The problem is that most people that are quoting the percentage are quoting the old statistics, when in fact it is twenty-five percent of the population that tend to be dyslexic. In either case, you can see the numbers are greater than one-tenth of the population.
