just fixed mine, take ps3 apart and remove battery!!!! thats it!

@xXRash87Xx anyway I fixed my ps3 with this method 1 year ago when anybody could help me 'cause this problem was unknow....it's still unknow for much people but if you believe me maybe you can fix your ps3 too.

Mate I'm fro Italy so I can't Help you...but MAYBE I know how to fix it...you have this error 'cause you have a problem with the "wi-fi/buethoot card" (srry in in english has a different name) .
If you want you can try open your ps3(maybe in that card in your ps3 there's something to wrong) and diassemble the card and reassemble it...
Maybe it's just this but if it doesn't work maybe you must buy it (the cost is on 25/25$ about)
I'm not sure at the 100% if this is the problem
