yes it will fit on all of the sentra 2.0's besides the 2.5L sentra engines. Now that being said the stock air box is a bitch to get out however once you get it out install is a piece of cake. And it is one of the best sounding and one of the more efficient intakes I have personally owned. It is expensive but it is a very good intake.
