Why doesn't she wear a hairnet or something? Comfort issues aside, if you look at the interior of the ISS she's just asking to be painfully tangled up in something.

Your hair stick straight up while you're there, no matter what. I guess they could pin it down or put it in a hairstyle that keeps it all together, but I think they usually don't care. I've seen other astronauts with long hair that's just flying all over, and they don't seem to notice.
