Question: what kind of flat pan are you using to bake you ribs on?

@D0nQuix0te I dont cook on a flat pan, I cook on a rib rack. Have to google it as YT wont let me post a link here

Thanks! Question: Does the membrane remove easier when the rack is at room temperature or straight out of the fridge?

had the ribs on the counter..stuck , needed help, watched this...it was great and worked great thanks
