VERY NICE AND TIDY, im planning a Garden Rly my Self and was wondering, how did u buid it and was it cheap? (ive been looking at alsorts way of building Rlys latey and trying to find the best) and so fair yours looks the best

it's oo, the tracks are clean because they are nickel wich doesen't rust. If u watch one of his vids it's shows the shed were the locos are, or he probbaly takes them inside, if you watch how he made his railway you will also see why there is no dirt

Is that HO OR OO scale? thats cool. How do you look after the locos, would not dirt and things get into them? And the track, looks like a bit to clean. Im in spired!

Hi, the locomotives are fine.. the railway gets a clean sweep before each running session.. It's quite hard work getting the railway up and running each year, but its well worth it. You get the odd bit of Grass blades getting into the mechs, but as long as an eye is kept on the Motors and cogs once and a while, it all works very well.

Hi.. A very common question that, thanks for you interest. It gets wet basically :D The rails are Nickle Silver so will not rust in the great outdoors, We only operate the layout in the summer months. The electrics are all stored in the shed, as its only 12vDC its safe for outdoors. Obviously the Mains Electricity is in the shed, and only the 12vDC enters the garden.
