On August 9, 2007, the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York ruled that some the We the People Foundation's activities constituted the promotion of an illegal tax shelter by means of a statement or statements that the promoter "knows or has reason to known is false or fraudulent as to any material matter" under Internal Revenue Code section 6700 (26 U.S.C. § 6700 nd that a court order prohibiting those activities under 26 U.S.C. § 7408 was appropriate.

yes, the people became wealthy. and it is also true that we lost that philosophy. specifically after ww2, the european socialists intelligencia came to united states to become proffesors and we havnt lost them, changed our economic and political philosophy to what it is. I would like you to watch a couple videos on "stefbot" channel, he will give a better explanation than I. I do not think voting will improve our government most efficiently with a two party system.

i respect that theory... but we had true capitalism and a republic in the 1700/1800... and now we have become a corporatist republic

i prepose a government system never tried before... democracy (paper votes rule to eliminate corruption in government) with a mixed market (so buisnesses and workers can thrive but no corporation should ever gain a monopoly like the heathcare industry)

i dont think ill ever see that government in my life time... but because of voteing we can improve our gov.

from someone who studied the communist manifesto, fascism, national socialism, dependency theory and rostows theory of economics, keynsian (sp) to Austrian im absolutely convinced that true capitalism (not corporatism or socialism) and a social model based on meritocracy in a republican form of government with a limited government constitution is the key to economic/ social prosperity. any other form allows corruption and hedonism, which has collapsed many empires.
