She ought to get a professional service to run her apartment building. It too much for her and she seems a bit dotty. Probably thinks if she is happy then everyone is happy.
Who wants to bet she has piles of money in the bank and yet she still believes she is on the edge of poverty?

i live here now and it is ice. i just complained to 3-1-1. they say many complaints have come in. she fakes her being naive.

If she were younger and nasty, then fine, fight. However, she's old and seems kind. If you don't like it, then, just ignore it and leave or help out and add extra burden to yourself for her sake -- As you would want someone to do to you.

I feel for the elderly woman. If this were a good feeling movie, the tenants would try to help her rather than tarnish her like a pack of rodents.
For instance, get a portable heater to help the old lady along and let her live her last moments in peace. She seems to be without a husband.

People live in this apartment building for the location. It's very cheap for the area and there's no finder's fee, plus the apartments are fairly spacious. I lived in this building several years ago, and my roommate and I thought we'd gotten quite a steal until we found out about the heat, etc.
