I modified my Wii. I removed the DVD drive and put a WODE modchip inside. In the video I play a Gamecube game from HDD. The HDD I use in the video is a 3.5" one. I want to put a 2.5" inside the Wii as there is enough room in there. No extra power supply will be required as WODE modchip will power it via USB. I'm waiting until 750Gb or 1TB 2.5" HDDs get cheaper...The app you can see in this video is called "Wodeflow" and you DO need a WODE modchip to run it. "GC USB Loader" is just the name of the theme and channel -I use WODE to load GC games only-. I hope you'll enjoy the video.

  • No, you can't. To run this app you need a WODE modchip. There's no other way. The app is called Wodeflow. GC USB Loader is just the name of the theme -you can use the classic one or can download new ones from The Internet-. I made this theme -and channel- because I use WODE to play GC games only -I play Wii games via Configurable USB Loader-.
