Why are crews working on the road with NO high vis? Why do they not have BA on? Not a great example, this is what I would expect from the yanks. Serious flaws in the first 30 seconds of this incident.

@KwestionMarkz It's blindingly obvious what part of Beeston this is. If you look at the run down buildings and high evidence of poverty and child starvation and drunken smacked up parents you'll instantly notice it's the posh end.
