If i push the muscles a little to hard on the back bone part would it damage the muscles in that area?

Dear MATTxXxLAVIS.
" too much and too hard" doesn't sounds good to me and possibly can damage muscles, tendons , spine est. the question is what for" to push too hard" for more information view my
" nature of sports related injuries" you tube clip. professional sports type of workout is not about health. professional sports is a tough and health challenging show business. if you planning to become professional than read my articles and view clips on the subject,

I would like your input on electrical muscle stimulators.

I started excercising again and my leg muscles are always sore after running. I saw videos for machines that stimulate muscles; it can even be done as you sleep. It sounds reliable, convienient, and even safer.

I welcome your advice.

Dear ichbingott4510.
Difficult to give advice because I don't know what kind of electrical stimulation machine you talking about. But to use it for all night wouldn't recommend and doesn't matter what kind of machine it. you described delay onset muscle soreness that have to be address. for better understanding I recommend to review my video clip on subject as well to read my article that can be found on my website.
Best wishes.
