Boris i have a question. Last year i sprained my ankle and my dad took me to this guy and wat the guy did he pulled and was lining up the ligements in my ankel wich hurted so bad i cryd alot but i ankle felt better aftr a week. Do u do like those kinds of treatment???? Like i wasnt sure the guy who fixed my ankle was a massage therapist or something else

@Firemanfh12351 as you described the procedure, I'm positive this person wasn't massage therapist. Actually we don't do such a techniques. I personally wouldn't recommend this kind of pulling, because lucky you didn't have some partial tears with in ligaments and /or tendons. Otherwise after act as described it could from partial tear, be escalated to total tear. I'm happy that after a week you got better.

I am apologize for a late reply. Somehow happened that I missed your comment/question. Lymphatic drainage techniques as well biomechanical correction techniques that correcting a movement of sacrum can be helpful. No forcible techniques should be applied.
