@chairincarnate Abortion is an individual decision we dont have a law that forces abortions nor a law that dictate women to stay pregnant. It is the womans choice to bring or not to bring a fetus to term not the governments.

@chairincarnate The difference is that when we are fetuses we are dependent in another humans body to stay alive (the mothers) who has the right to deny her body for the fetus devopment. Once born, we can be taken care of by anybody and we are a person of society. We cannot have laws that dictate a woman to stay pregnant that will be oppression. Is like forcing you to give up one of your kidneys so another human may live because there is a "belief" that we need to keep people alive by any means.

@chairincarnate I never said a womans fetus is not human, I said it is not a person. New born babies are persons under our laws. Late term abortion can be done if the mothers health is at risk. In those cases too the mothers life is more important than the fetus because the mother is a person AND THE FETUS IS NOT A PERSON. PROVED OR WHAT?

@chairincarnate Ignorant whore, a fetus is not a baby. If a man shoots a pregnant woman the law protects the interests of the woman which are to be a mother the law is not protecting the fetus. FETUSES HAVE NO RIGHTS BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT PERSONS.
