This micro-minivan is Consumer Reports 2010 Top Pick Family Hauler. It delivers lots of function without costing lots of money. Plus it's fun to drive. Learn more about the Mazda5 and other vehicles on our web site http://www.consumerreports.org/cro/index.htm?EXTKEY=I93YT01&CMP=OTC-YUTBE

  • I loved my mazda5 though it doesn't scream manlyness. it was my mother's till she passed away. then i drove it for a while. it was a great car but being heavy towards the back and front wheel drive with no tcs it peeled out quite a bit especially in the rain. fill every seat of the car with adults and its low ground clearance makes funny noises when going over speed bumps.

  • Mazda 5 rocks!!!

  • I just went from a Jeep Grand Cherokee to a Mazda 5. It was the best car move I've done in a while.

  • @1908high Thats far enough off from the EPA estimate that you may have a engine or exhaust problem. You should probably get that checked out.

  • what year is your mazda5 and how many mileage on it.

  • I purchased the Mazda 5 for the promised gas mileage. Of course I should have paid more attention to the tiny astericks that state it is estimated and your mileage may vary. I am getting 12 miles to the gallon around town - the same as our big SUV.

  • @TheGatterr probably not, I would get something like a Dodge Grand Caravan, or maybe a Honda Oddysey. Possibly a Toyota Sienna

  • @a1mint true

  • I just bought the 2012 Mazda 5 Grand Touring in Clear Water Blue Mica like the one that's used to do all these reviews. It handles like a sports sedan, and the engine is very peppy. Plus, it's loaded; I mean things like auto headlamps, stereo volume, and rain sending windshield wipers. Plus the Xenons are elevation adjustable from the interior. I love my Mazda 5, one of the better cars I've owned, and I've been driving since 1986.

  • @kc2zxl The Mazda5 is assembled and built in Japan. I'm not entirely sure if ALL Mazda5's are made there, but if you check the vehicle information sticker, they should have it. (i.e. MFD. City, Country)

  • The Kia Rondo is more usable especially with the 2nd row that can seat three people. The Mazda 5's old styling was more sleek and modern, the new 5 just looks too busy.
