Love this, when I was a wrestler, we used to carry another guy fireman style up and down the bleachers! Really builds power!

the Stairs of Hurcules will build you awesome power. One of my favorite excerscises along with the Farmer Walks!

Two problems I see right away:
1 - Ninety minutes? 30 Minutes would have been better.
2 - Four times a week? 2 or 3 would be better.
