60inch Aaxa Pico / Micro Projector at noon!

For all you naysayers, these new pico projectors can easily do 60" images even at noon. Check out my Aaxa tech P1 projector - no wires, BATTERY POWERED, HAND HELD, everything is stored on the projector and I'm blasting a 60" image. Still think this is fake??? ;)

No, I meant the actual stated output in lumens. What you have with the M2 is 110lm vs. the 75lm of the "Ultimate" M1, so 1.47x more light, which we can approximate to about a 1.21x increase in perceived brightness (by using the square root). Additionally (and I didn't know this before, since the M2 is a new product for me), you have 1024/800=1.28x more linear resolution with the M2. Overall it looks to me like the price ratio of $369/$299=1.23 is quite well justified in this case.

@luckylindy08 Just take care not to get fooled into paying 2x the price for 2x the lumens because us humans only get a perception of linear increase in brightness when the actual energy output increases _exponentially_. :)

It's the same with digital cameras and their megapixels: you should only pay 2x the price for 4x the megapixels, otherwise it's not worth it.

@luckylindy08 Oh yeah, sorry, I forgot what rtype was using above here because they used the confusing title "pico / micro" whereas they definitely have the "AAXA P1 Pico".

What I said before was about the M1 Micro (100" images 'n' stuff).

@luckylindy08 It depends on what exactly you want to watch with it. I bought it for movies, I need it to do 100" images and still produce the best possible quality. That only works at night.

i've had trouble converting videos and keeping the sound in sync. what are your settings on converting videos

They can't "do 60-inch" images at noon if you can barely see any hint of contrast or colour in them.

It's an impressive enough projector as it is, i.e. for the things that it actually does well (in low light), you don't have to exaggerate its features.

I have the AAXA P1 Pico projector - it's very good even in bright environments!
