You are going to quote from a motion picture to support an argument on compitition shooting. Point shooting isn't going to work with 11 mm circle at 10 meters. Point shooting has fencing origins. It designates lines and stance for reference. The technique is for tactical situations. Get some rounds in the vertical midline really fast. This is totally different.
