Crikey as one of the few who seem to have been around when the Moors Murders happened and also when this song was originally released...lots have missed the point of the song! This is a beautiful song singing the praises of what could have been from the 'lost' children mournfully calling to be found. This song is a legacy at minimum.
Just appreciate the fact that this harrowing, haunting, yet undeniably beautiful track was cut in the first place. It's tragic that such murders happen by the day.
@StronglyFancied Are you telling us that if an artist is influenced by circumstances relating to an individual or individuals they are obliged to share their royalties? Bernie Taupin wrote candle in in the wind in 1973, in honour of Marilyn Monro, "Vincent" by Don McLean was written about Van Gogh, What about all of the paintings which are influenced directly by personal tragedy. You are an idiot mate
@StronglyFancied First of all I am an atheist and believe 100% that myself and Morrissey are not going to Hell..we are both very happy about that. However hypothetically if I ever do did go to Hell you would definitely be there as well, because as you are obviously a "child of God" you are not only sinning by passing all of this judgement on others which in the eyes of your God is very much a sin, but have also been exposed for being an awful paedophile. I hope you like very long Hot holidays
@StronglyFancied I suppose it is like the saying "whoever smelt it dealt it" in the way that saying belongs to children and that you believe children belong to you.
@Lewphil YOU DARE ACCUSE ME LEWPHIL? YOU WILL BURN IN THE FIRES OF HELL WITH YOUR HERO ROLE MODEL, PAEDO LOVER MORRISSEY, YOUR HOWLS OF AGONY WILL LAST FOR CENTURIES....
@StronglyFancied We all know now Stronglyfancied, and now every time you open your mouth we realize more and more what a sick paedophile you are of the filthiest, dirtiest, ungodly kind. I cant believe we didnt pick up on it before. It was other people who emailed me on here bringing this to my attention, and they are all right. You are no better than Hindley herself, and every time you try and point the finger the more obvious it becomes its you
@kingofools98 NO ITS ABOUT PAEDOS AND CHILD MURDERERS, MORRISSEY MADE MILLIONS FROM THIS SONG, AND YET REFUSES TO PAY THE VICTIMS A SINGLE PENNY, YES , HE WILL GO TO HELL SURELY

People, calm down!
