Runescape Lunar Diplomacy Quest Guide HD (Part 2/3)

This is part 2 of my guide on the lunar diplomacy quest.

Requirements:
Lost City
The Fremennik Trials
Rune Mysteries
Shilo Village
Jungle Potion
Druidic Ritual
61 Crafting
40 Defence
49 Firemaking
60 Mining
5 Herblore
65 Magic
55 Woodcutting
14 Runecrafting
Able to kill several level 111 monsters.
Ability to access the Air, Earth, Fire, and Water runecrafting altars

Items Required:
Tinderbox
A few coins (1,000 should most likely be enough)
Dramen staff
Clean guam
Clean marrentill
Pestle and mortar
Hammer
Needle
Thread
Any pickaxe
Spade
Armour
Weapon and food.
Air, Water, Earth and Fire OR Elemental/Omni talisman OR tiaras

Enemies to defeat:
At least 5 Suqahs (level 111)
Me (level 79)

Rewards:
2 Quest Points
5,000 Magic Experience
5,000 Runecrafting Experience
Access to Lunar Isle
Ability to use Lunar Spells
Use of the Astral runecrafting altar.
50 Astral Runes
Ability to get Suqahs as a Slayer task. (Only with the Slayer Masters: Duradel/Lapalok and Kuradal)
An extra 10,338 magic experience when Swept Away quest is completed and you bring the Broomstick to Baba Yaga (With level 73 Magic).
Ability to enchant a Lunar staff.
Access to Livid Farm

Required for completing:
Hard Ardougne Tasks
Dream Mentor Quest
Elite Falador Tasks
Hard and Elite Fremennik Province Tasks
Glorious Memories (for the extra reward)
Elite Seers' Village Tasks


Making the sleep potion:
Just keep killing the Sugah's till one drops a tooth, use that with a guam and marrentil in a vial, you must gring the sugah tooth before you can mix it with the potion.

Making the staff:
The quickest way to do this is to have a varrock teleport, duel arena teleport, lumbridge, and another varrock, also have a fire, air, water and earth talisman, go to each of the altars in this order and use the staff on the altar: Air, Fire, Water Earth.

Making the lunar costume:
Helmet: Go to the mine which is north end of lunar isle, mine a lunar ore, then go to relleka, smelt it on the furnace and then smith it into the helmet.

The Cape: Easy enough, for the first answer say pauline, and then say Jane-blug-hagic-maid.

The amulet: Talk to Meteora and ask for the amulet, you must then get her tiara from a suagh, kill them till it drops one and exchange it for her amulet.

The torso, legs, gloves and boots:
Get 4 sugah hides, tan them in the shop opposite lunar bank and then use needle and thread to make each part.

The ring:
Talk to selene and she will tell you where one could be buried, i cant explain where it exactly is through words so just watch where i went in the video, dig on the flowers in that spot.

Dreamland Entry:
Before you go dreamland make sure you have the seal, lunar outfit, potion, tinderbox, food, and optional: a agility potion and hatchet, but these are not required.

This second part can be a bit tricky, but just take your time.
