I think it's awesome that you were able to sit down with the master distiller. I also like the tid-bit of the new recipe coming out in April. Although this is part 1, i hope in part 2 or more you get to have tasting. One thing I would like to see is a barrel proof or higher proof offering.

@falcon048 I did not actually taste any with him. In the morning on that day I participated in a barrel selection program so I got to try 5 barrels from one recipe. But beyond that, I did not get any tastings with him on film. Maybe next time though!
