Tv weather forecast pilot created by Andrey Zakirzyanov for STS russian tv channel.
Everyday Animation weather forecast show was aired in 2006 and was canceled after 4 months due some development difficulties.
All characters created by Andrey Zakirzyanov and Natasha Pivko. She is the best.
The main concept was to create 19th century Sankt-Petersburg, where famous writers and poets and books and historical characters live as we live right now, using modern food, mobile phones, computers and stuff.
