@felice2442 I am talking about the tropics. In temperate western countries the river delta areas are either technological ports or have no marine life left, since it has been completely destroyed through pollution since the industrial revolution. They have to find their fish only in deeper waters in the sea.

@felice2442 The best tasting fish and sea food is that which lives in brackish water in river delta tributaries and not from the sea.

They will be transported halfway across the globe thawed, cooked and eaten by some one who neither knows their real taste nor how to cook them, just because he can afford the inflated price. These people will never be able to afford the price of their own catch. People who have eaten them for ages and know that the only way to eat them is as fresh as possible. Globalisation is the new and worst device of exploitation that the west has ever forged.

This seems like such a waste. Tilapia is a sought after fish to eat, yet theyre killing loads for the shrimp :/ isnt there some way to separate them?
