it was about time some one mentions this....which I personally believe the longer needle works better because of the fact that Dr. simeons stated that intramuscular injections are the right way. I just dont know who to believe when it comes to mixing.....

In reading Pounds and Inches Dr. SIMEONS said use a 2 inch needle to get HCG to the muscle. What are your thoughts and experience with length of needle? Thank You

Hello I have 5000iu of HCG' Am wanting to have 450iu of HCG dose Is this right? I mix it with 19.5ml of Bac Water, so 0.5ml or 1ml would be a 450iu dose??? Plese help

Dr. Simeons was referring to intramuscular injections, which is rarely used today. 99% of hCG dieters use the 1/2" needle subcutaneously (just into the fat tissue). Very rarely do you find someone that does the longer needle into the muscle anymore and there is no evidence that one method is better than the other - just less painful going into fat tissue versus muscle.

You can't shake it because it will break down the chemical composition by "bruising" it and then it will lose potency rapidly.

This particular video is for a single 5000iu vial. If you are doing a 23 day round, you would only do this once. If you were doing a 43 day round, you would mix another batch AFTER you're done using the first vial for the first 3 weeks. The bacteriostatic water does not need to be refrigerated.
