when the institutions got tired of him filing TWENTY EIGHT CIVIL LAWSUITS
(in which he lost all of them). Once released, his mental condition only worsened.

belonging to people who know this clown is a nutcase. He also has 3

For the LULz; he has had 23 of his accounts banned so far due to mass
