I'm from Poland and I know why he did it. Probably he drove so fast because of timetable. I think he was late.

Polish companies are so stupid and they have no understanding for drivers and for situations which may happen on the road. You're late = You earn less.

He tried to save his money because it's only his job or just forgot to pick up some passenger from last stop and got back :D

Anyway, I don't agree with such behavior. Passengers health should be more important than money.

I think, this was not German driver, but Poliak, Czech, Slovak, Albanian, Rumunian or so... I am from Slovakia and I see it more...
