  • real form would be if u descend into deadlift position not a squat position...

  • @MrHeadwolf You're right, not very good form. Bend at the hips, not at the knees. It also looks as though she is leaning back to get the heavier bell up rather than allowing the force of the snap to bring the bell up, with a lighter bell but good form. Also, you don't let gravity take it's course: you actually pull the bell down because your lats and shoulders are packed and engaged at the top of the swing, which hers are not.

  • with all due respect I don't think her form is really good. It looks as though her knees are moving too far forward. I'd love to have any RKC people chime in on this. I could be wrong but I don't think so.

  • VERY NICE form. Also, ditto on the flag, Union is always top left whether you are flying the stars and stripes horizontally or vertically.
