I LOVE LOVE LOVE this carrier. It took me WAY too long to find it! I needed one that baby could 1. face in or out & go on back when older & adjust seat to not spread baby legs so far 2. not crotch dangle 3. distribute weight into your hips not your shoulders for more comfort. 4. baby be body to body with you-no straps between you. This carrier DOES IT ALL and you can wear it for hours without any shoulder or back pain. I have the Organic which has a little more shoulder padding.
