3 Cops mow down 15 Year old Kid

While yeilding a knife from 10 meters (30 feet) away, 3 of the 4 officers on location unloaded their weapons into a distraught 15 year old boy going through a mental bought. He was killed instantly.

Why did'nt they use their phaser stun gun or happy ray gun. I saw it the other day on Sci-Fi, they could have just karate kick the knife out of his hands or use the Vulcan nerve pinch. I would have tied his shoelace together or covered him with silly string. COPS HAVE NO RIGHT, COPS HAVE NO AUTHORITY, COPS HAVE NO REASON, COPS ARE TRIGGER HAPPY, COPS ARE CORRUPT, WAH, WAH, WAH..... Ignorants is bliss.

I also have an open mind to both sides, and if you knew history you would know Desert Storm had nothing to do with American freedom. You probably think the Iraq war was justified by 9/11. (I'm not saying they didn't have chemical or biological weapons, I just think the use of 9/11 as an excuse to invade them is a disgrace.) I'm also anti-abortion, expect for rape or threats to the mother's health.

@HermesofLight I actually laughed out loud when I read that BS. I just keep proving you wrong, but then you say what I say doesn't count and you know what you're talking about. If he's REALLY concerned about peoples safety, he'll shoot the kid (who isn't innocent) and not put other people (who are innocent) at risk. Why take an unnecessary risk? Surely someone as experienced as you would know that. By the way, do you seriously think Desert Storm had anything to do with my freedom?

@visvikings1O1 I fought for your freedom in Desert Storm and so I think I know a thing or two about guns. Fact of the matter is, firing bullets always creates a "danger zone" so that point's null and void. If the officer is that concerned about people's safety he'll be a man and take a few shots at the, key word here, child's legs instead of killing someone's kid who obviously wants help.

@HermesofLight If they follow your advice, and shoot to injure, they aren't going to fire 20 shots. If the first didn't take them down, they would have to go for the kill, and stop messing around. The chest is a way larger target and doesn't move as fast as the legs, so other people won't need to worry much about ricochets then. And they don't have to be directly behind them, anywhere behind the person is in the "danger zone." I'm guessing you never took any form of gun training.
