@Perrydise9 After his death the "This is it" album came out which is why he was nominated. It contained new songs. Not only that, his concert documentary "this is it" was also released that year. That particular year after his death he was topping the charts not only with his new album, but with his old albums (because when he died, people decided to buy his old cd's). So, Micheal Jackson should have won that award that year.
