wow, I'm sorry people are so harsh. this was great. I can visualize what you're saying - it was a good overview. I can now see how they can all be used for larger pieces. and will move on to a more specific demo. ps, also as a long time crochet worker, I prefer metal crochet needles but as a beginner knitter, I like wood because it sort of grips more as I'm getting more comfortable. :) you make the note that metal is faster - and that's great.

This vid personally did help me in two ways, once to explain what projects you use circular needles for and two by mentioning the fact that some companies offer interchangeable circular needles that saves you the bother to have millions of different lengths and sizes.

The title is misleading :( You don't talk about HOW to knit, but rather the types of needles. Not much help.

I don't understand why you don't just make the title of this video, "TALKING about kinds of circular and double pointed knitting needles and NEVER explaining how to knit on them." That would have saved me 20 seconds it took me to realize this video was useless.
