Have you ever been sitting at home, relaxing and watching tv, when a telemarketer calls trying to sell you something that you don't want or need? Do these people not take no for an answer? Do they call over and over again? Are they ruthless, cut-throats who are only out to rob you blind? -WELL- here's a sure fire way to get them to stop calling!!

  • My parent's actually did telemarketing once, and they hated the job. I also know alot of other people who are telemarketers. You have to sit in front of a computer all day, and make calls, and say the same thing over and over and over again. It can get quite boring I've heard, and you dealt with that telemarketer not only correctly, but politely.

  • @suddnstar I did telemarketing once... I was called every name in the book one night... I was about 19 years old... ticked me off so bad I cussed the guy right back... and got fired. lol

  • @MZMStudios I can understand you losing your temper. Alot of friends of mine who do telemarketing tell me that they have to put up with alot of insults and such while doing their job. When it comes to telemarketers I'd have to say that the best method of dealing with them would be to just hang up the phone. Like you did for your first method.

  • @suddnstar Well, here we are 18 years after that little incident, and I've grown more docile in my old age. Back then, I would have slapped a tree for getting in my way. Now, I just pull out the chainsaw and cut it down. ;-)
