  • I had a guy in chronic pain for years, saw doctors all over the world. I fix him, it wasn't magic, took about a year. here's what he said ten years later: "Probably the greatest testament to your work is that I really haven't done any of the stretching or exercise you recommended and I'm still stable."

    so you see, it's not necessary, but can help.

    and if you're not in pain, you must do what you love. just get your muscles reconditioned.
