Awesome! I was at that game, seen my dad and I in the crowd! I had season tickets for the Cents from when I was 3 until they were sold. That was a very sad day, wish I could still go to an OHL game there.

Brings back so many memories, I was in high school, when I was a huge fan of the Centennials. I was at this very game, I came to a lot of home games, I haven't been to any games with the hockey that goes on there now, they are not interesting it's boring hockey, I'd rather watch tykes. lol.! I still don't even know why they sold the cents in the first place!

now we're stuck with the skyhawks and a dead arena. Full house every night with the cents. Fucking miss those days. We need OHL back in the bay!!!

It is hard to believe that this was almost 15 years ago. It is sad to think that the sale of the club to Ted Thompson, and the exclusion of ole Bert, was the beginning of the end for the North Bay edition of this franchise.
