Well considering the amount of anime videos still alive, they can't be doing it very well. I'd say the real problem is the videos being muted. It's mostly AMVs that get muted. I'll admit, a good few anime/AMV videos have disappeared, I don't know whether to blame Youtube, or if the people deleted them on purpose. You've got a point about Youtube needing to be stopped.
