@ElBribri he's a spy from Zaftra that replaced the real Wagner. But it's not known what happened to the old one.
Sadly FM4 was never really finished so we will never get an answer to that.

@fragmentsofdead I was thinking the exact same thing, later on in the game they attack the Azores Islands from my native Portugal. In one point they hit one of my friends regions in Poland, and one other friend loved the game's other plot taking place in Venezuela.

@ArsenalSPT True. Despite how cool they are a building sized war machine would be suicide, Wanzers Are actualy small enough that they can hide and quickly move about cities.
