1) her bio is posted below the video. It says:

2) Although illegal in most cases, the foot behind the pitchers plate is NOT illegal in NFHS (High School) softball

Shes doing an illegal pitch (both feet should be ON the mound to start) I'm a pitcher and have been with a pro softball pitching coach and I can tell you one thing this would not help to become a better pitcher

No where in her bio does it say that Jill Weiss is a pitcher. She's kind of bothering me with the illegality of how she's starting. I would like to see maybe the pitchers she's coaching on here helping her, becuase no one can mimic a pitcher.
