It was level 20 but with patch 3.2 i belive it has been reduced to level 16 or 18 (cant remeber witch)

Few things to add. Dual wield (maces or axes, i think daggers) can be learned as a 40 point talent in Enhancement. Shamans are a must have in raids such as Onyxia. Horde have Bloodlust, with the alliance counterpart being Heroism. This amazing buff is a must have in any raid. Also, tanking is really not viable as a shaman due to the lack of threat holdign ability. It is possible, just not really looked upon well, But all in all, great guide!!
