  • i'm a skateboarder and i'm looking for a good camera and fisheye lens for skateboarding. what i have in mind is purchasing this lens and the Canon EOS 500D, so i was wondering if this lens would work with that camera, any feedback would be great.

  • @VentureTk yes it would, the combination is fine, but remember the 500d has a cropped sensor, so the 'fisheye effect' will be minimised compared to using the lens on a full frame camera. Full frame cameras are more expensive, and about the cheapest you could get, would be say a second hand 5D, for around £500. Hope this helps.

  • where can i get fish eye lenses? and are all fish eye lenses the same? like do they work for any professional camera? i have an eos rebel xt, so how do i know which lense will fit it? i'm trying to get a fish eye lense, and wondering where i can get one? anyone know? thanks!!!

  • @itsnathaaanxD Just make sure any fish-eye lens you're interested in has an EF lens mount, then it should be fine. A fish eye lens will be more effective on a full frame camera, rather than a rebel xt, but you'll still get a pretty decent photo.check out my website to see what fisheye lenses are available. There's this one, Sigma also do a number of Fisheye lenses.

  • No Matter what Shop i'm in they dont have it -.- where the hell did you got it from dude plz tell me i want it so badly xD !

  • @KiKOmediia Have a look on my website, it lists various shops where you can buy it from

  • @ClemCerf absolutely

  • So can I use it on my 60D?

  • @smalltimeroller yous it will but it will be cropped -you only have the full benefit with a fullframe sensor like on the 5dmk2. yours will come out cropped 1.6 - and it´s a huge difference. looks way better on a fullframe

  • get the samyang 8mm instead
