  • @5Ulna I'm not really sure. Probably not if it's somewhat newer manga. I've seen some random manga that features modeling before but I don't remember the titles now (I read them when I was younger and was reading Chinese translation).

Just looked it up. No I have not seen it but it has been on my list to read some times back because I saw it at the back of some manga before (section/page reserved for new series advertiser) XD

  • @SablePhantom yea, I looked on manga updates and it said it wasn't officially released in english.

I forgot about series focused on modelling (like The One....have you read it?), but I think this is the only one I've heard of to focus on designing.

  • @5Ulna That's probably the only series I've seen that's focused on fashion... well at least from designer aspect. There are other series about fashion but are more focused on modeling because the main characters are models XD

I actually am not sure if the manga is officially released in English... but I've seen English manga sites have it in their database some years back (translated by fan translation groups).

  • @SablePhantom I do read shoujo ^^ I guess its kind of unusual in the sense that not a great deal of mangas have fashion included in them

  • @SablePhantom eh!! That's really bad. They should've just paid up to the author/creater.

I don't think I've seen it in our local bookstore either...

  • @5Ulna And yes it is pretty good as far as Shoujo romance series goes. But if you normally don't go for shoujo romance in manga chances are you won't like it as much.

  • @5Ulna It is mostly a relatively unknown manga series unless it is recommended to you by someone who've seen/read it XD

In fact, manga is the original work, but the drama did not give manga credit. They even changed one word in original Chinese title to make it "Oriental Juliet" instead of Tokyo Juliet in an attempt to avoid recognition and copyright lawsuits.

  • @SablePhantom o.o I didn't know there was a manga of it...or if I did...I forgot :) Is tha manga good?

  • @5Ulna I actually do agree with on falling in love too quickly. They did it too hastily in drama, but manga was slower than the progress made here in that regard. I still preferred manga over drama from what I've seen of this drama thus far (skipping to watch episodes so far).

  • dont like the bandana, he should of just used a headband or ties his hair back
