This song always gives me chills up my spine....hauntingly beautiful. Makes one think of those summer romances of yesteryear. One of many gems by this great band!

The only thing I do not like about this song is that it was released in September of 1983 and not June of 1983. It would have made a great summer song. The summer of 1983 was a great summer to begin with. Wish it could have lasted longer.

me too! all im saying ultimatly here is i miss woman looking like woman...i dont expect it all the time...why? because i started dating at the end of the 80s early 90s and it took FOREVER for girls to get ready...8:00 ALWAYS meant 8:30 atleast...but damn its gone from one extream to the other...i see really younger girls wear make up now..but they are way young..i hope the tide turns where girls are more girlie...thats all lol.

@sprintbass LOL, I was just saying that women aren't pretty anymore, thats why we have to have sex with women who have make-up on, unless your in love with them. everything you see on TV is make up, look up any celebrity you think is hot without make up: BLEH! this world is so stupid and ugly :( im straight, btw

Im old enough to recall when all this was on the radio..you were born in 1989...this video came out in 83..and she is well into her 50s now..i dnt see where moron fits in with personal taste based on actually being alive when this was happening..to say some one is that...its not really american..i mean if i was sitting here saying how beautiful sarah palin looks AND be her fan..that boarders on being a moron, which makes martha davis tame, those are 2 good examples for you.
