Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam has one of the most efficient and effective curb-side recycling systems in the world. What's even more amazing is that no one manages it. It is an unofficial, informal system involving garbage collectors seeking to make extra income, middle men purchasers, and the international materials market. TBB 2008-09 students Emily Ausubel, Lily Bullitt, Noah Dow, and Zach Toedtman created this audio podcast to explore how this system could be so strong when the general population does not generally consider recycling a priority.
