  • juat note to new students: If you go for this technique go slow!!! this can damage the ankle, knee, and hip in an instant!!! I put a friend of mine in crutches for a month on accident and he still walks with a slight limp. BE CAREFUL!!!

  • It should be mandatory for everyone to do at least 1 year of BJJ

  • Wow! Very detailed instructions! Very useful!

  • This instructor is awesome. Talked fast, was entertaining, detailed, and clear.

  • rener's instruction is great!! I think hes a bit ADHD tho . thanks for the vid!!

  • Very good video fast paced but very good thanks for posting.

  • Rener seemed to be pumped the fuck up during this instruction! Super fast instruction! LOL:D And, I notice these Gracies (Rener, Ralek, Ryron) seem to be fans of leg locks unlike a lot of the BJJ community. I'd assume since they are more "self defense oriented" instead of basing their system on the rules of the IBJJF. I strongly disagree with fellow blue belts not training these kind of techniques since they are IBJJF legal. And, that is how we train it "live" at our academy.

  • @sad18240 you mean like in high school? The could easily make it a P.E. credit. but then you'd need an instructor to instruct the P,E. teachers. how will u manage that? I mean u cant have a white belt teaching white belts. They've gotta be a solid blue belt to teach beginners and if if the class went to the next level you'd need a black belt. That and demand are two the biggest problems

  • with your HIPS!

    wonderful teaching
