  • hi girl, you can try the sacred heart diet, i consider it more of a detox, than anything else, and the results are amazing!!!!!!!

  • I understand where your at my body just did excatly the same thing to me. I been getting some what fustrated with it, but I been trying to amp up all my excerises. I have been doing intervals on the treadmill. I walk/run on an incline of 5 with around 3.6 being my running and walking pace. I really feel a diffrence when I do that. its harder of course but today I broke out and lost a pound, my hope is that with running included I will get back to losing weight . YOU CAN DO IT.

  • Hey diva! Your looking great!!! I am not really at a plateau, but I haven't been less than I am in FOREVER!!! SO, I decided I am doing a liquid diet, then back to Weight Watchers...and I am gonna make sure I don't go over my daily points still with juice because it can be high depending on how I drink it....just to swap up what's gong in...I hear that switching up what you are doing be diet or working out shocks your body and you will start loosing...I am ready to do this with ya!!!!

  • I'm with you Ruthie. I am 5'0 and 198.9 . My goal weight is 130. So I want to be out of the 190ville by the end of the month. Let's do this !
