Steve Cook, 2011 BodySpace Spokesmodel Winner

From Boise, Idaho, Steve Cook fell in love with lifting weights while playing high school football. This past year he has taken the bodybuilding and fitness industry by storm with triumphs in multiple natural bodybuilding competitions, winning the Bodybuilding.com Fit Body Contest, stealing the show at Muscle&Fitness Magazine's Male Model Search, and now with his recent title of 2011 BodySpace Spokesmodel.

With his boy-next-door good looks, amazingly symmetrical physique, and dedication to serving as a role model to others, his star will continue to rise. When asked what he would do as a BodySpace Spokesmodel Steve summed it up in one simple word, "HELP." As a representative for a community of over 700,000 members, he will have plenty of help to give.

  • I love the people who post on videos of award winning fitness models/bodybuilders and try giving them suggestions. "You're not doing this right and you should take this instead of this." Gosh how did he ever win a competition without you world champions of the keyboard there to coach him????

  • he looks like The Miz from WWE lol

  • @kubitzky11 So true! There are no absolutes in science! It is always evolving, improving on what went before! But you can't beat just trying it out for yourself! Take what works for you discard what doesn't but don't discard it until you have tested it fully-Bruce Lee

  • gimme one of those dianabol smoothies

  • @SinisterSkip "Glutamine seems highly overrated. There are studies showing extra glutamine does almost nothing for mass gain or fat loss" That's because glutamine is to prevent catabolism, it's to keep your in an anabolic state, it isn't promoted to gain mass or lose fat, it's to preserve the mass you do have. You should re-evaluate your 'scientific evidence'.

  • Personal Experience Beats Scientific Evidence any day in my book.

  • This guy is making me look like shit!!!.......
